“A good piece of furniture is like a good friend: someone we like to have around and who accompanies us through life, wherever it may take us.” It is this kind of furniture that ClassiCon has been producing since 1990, when the company emerged from the traditional Vereinigte Werkstätten in Munich.

ClassiCon is a family business owned by Oliver Holy, whose passion for design, architecture, and art has made a lasting impact. From the outset, ClassiCon deliberately created a tension-filled relationship between classics and contemporary design. The furniture is not mass-produced but takes shape through sophisticated craftsmanship.

The licences for the designs by famous classical modernism designers, including Eileen Gray, formed the basis for the current collection. The collection also includes furniture by contemporary designers, such as Sebastian Herkner and Konstantin Grcic.
