Marcel Breuer in 1925
With the Wassily Lounge Chair, you can bring a famous Bauhaus design classic into your home. The Hungarian-American architect and furniture designer Marcel Breuer designed this lounge chair, also known as the B3 chair, in 1925. The design was revolutionary in its use of tube material in combination with the seat, back and armrests in leather or canvas. The Wassily Lounge Chair is made of durable materials and perfectly finished. The frame is constructed of seamless tubular steel with a polished chrome finish. Upholstery: thick cowhide leather slings.
