The CH25 lounge chair has been tremendously popular since 1950. The design classic, like many of Wegner's iconic designs, feautures a clean and simple, distinctive form. Moreover, Wegner made a pioneering choice by producing the backrest and seat in woven paper cord, a durable material developed during World War II. It takes 10 hours of craftsmanship and about 400 meters of paper cord to create the seat and back of the CH25 lounge chair, with their unique weaving pattern.
