Butterfly Chair Black - outdoor designed by Jorge Ferrari Hardoy
HomeDesigned by Jorge Ferrari Hardoy in 1938
This chair was originally called “BKF”. The letters refer to the surnames of his three designers Antonio Bonet, Juan Kurchan and Jorge Ferrari Hardoy. Together they formed the Austral Group that designed the chair in 1938 for an apartment building in Buenos Aires (Argentina). Over time, the chair was given the name Butterfly thanks to its distinctive shape. At Designcollectors you discover an outdoor version of this design classic according to the original design. The black frame has a removable black canvas cover. The Butterfly Chair combines minimalist elegance with relaxed seating comfort: a stylish addition to your balcony, terrace and garden.
