Designcollectors in Veurne warmly invites you to a special edition of our Open Days, entirely dedicated to celebrating 90 years of Artek.
This year, our completely renewed stockroom in Veurne will be the backdrop for an inspiring journey with a special focus on design icon Alvar Aalto. Be inspired by smart solutions for both spacious and compact interiors, home offices, children’s rooms, and contemporary lofts.
In addition to the Artek collection, you’ll also discover many other top brands such as Vitra, Knoll, Santa & Cole, Thonet, Pierre Chapo, Carl Hansen & Son, ClassiCon, Nychair X, PP Mobler, and Christophe Gevers.
On Friday at 6 PM, our traditional inspiring Talk will take place.
End your visit with an atmospheric wine tasting in our cozy Artek Café, where you can enjoy a curated selection of Spanish wines from Hola Vinos.

90 Years Artek
In Artek’s 90th anniversary year, we celebrate timeless Finnish design with special collections and unique reissues. At Designcollectors, you can see these iconic pieces in person and take them home straight away from our huge stock – making the experience of discovering Artek’s masterpieces something you can enjoy instantly.
Talk on Friday
On Friday at 6 PM, we continue our tradition with an inspiring Talk. This edition will feature a special session on Artek, exploring the art of wood bending and printmaking in the context of 90 Years of Artek. It’s a unique opportunity to discover the craftsmanship and ideas behind one of the most iconic names in design. Seats are limited, so we kindly ask you to confirm your attendance in advance.
Wine Tasting
End your visit with an atmospheric wine tasting in our cozy Artek Café, where you can savor a carefully curated selection of exceptional Spanish wines from Hola Vinos. Let our team guide you through the different aromas and flavors while you enjoy the warm and welcoming ambiance – the perfect way to round off your day of design inspiration.
