Description

Designer Charles & Ray Eames Year 1950

Extensive dining becomes a real pleasure in this comfortable chair. The Eames Plastic Side Chair is the result of a collaboration with Zenith Plastics for the Low Cost Furniture Design competition by the Museum of Modern Art in New York. The chair was the very first industrially manufactured chair in plastic. Thanks to the organic seating shell, you can enjoy high-quality comfort. You have a choice of various colours and trestles.

DSR = Dining Height Side Chair Rod Base

DSW = Dining Height Side Chair Wood

DSX = Dining Height Side Chair X-Base

- base/stackability: non-stackable wood base (stained and varnished maple) with
round steel cross struts in basic dark.

note: Special additives slow down the fading process caused by ultraviolet rays.
However, leaving the chair exposed to the sun for an extended period of time can result in colour changes. We recommend not leaving the chair in the sun for longer than is necessary.
